Missing Factory Disks
I have a MacBook, mac os x with the uprgraded version 10.4.11., I was needing to know were can i get the cd that refreshes and cleans out the system? I wasn't haveing any major problems with the Mac, but i was having trouble changing my passwords and getting online.

If you're looking for the original disks that came with your computer, they should be inside the original box unless you removed them when you unpacked the computer.
If you're certain you do not have the original disks, you can order those from Apple.
Those disks, however, do not contain any robust software for 'cleaning' out your system. If you are uncertain as to how to maintain your computer, it's best to seek out a qualified consultant.
